Now here’s something we don’t cook often. Meat loaf! Of course, I swapped beef for chicken and made my way along. It came out more similar to some Vietnamese hams, but I’m okay with that. Next time I’ll add some egg to the meat. What’s in there now? Onion, carrots, bread crumbs…the sauce is made from tomato sauce, Worcestershire, molasses, and lots of ground chili. It was more BBQ-y than meatloaf-y. Perhaps because of a lack of sugar?
