Another “installation” week at the gallery has Brian and I quickly making dinners and attempting to not spend $20-$30 on food every night. Shrimp defrosts quickly and easily and is perfect on (also quick to cook) angel hair pasta. I made a sauce using garlic, S&P, and dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil, bay leaf, onion). Dried herbs are such a lifesaver and flavor booster!
For dinner down the road, we took our leftovers and put an egg on it – highly suggested!
