Stuffing (I mean dressing).

Bake Jiffy’s cornbread. Saute minced celery, garlic, yellow squash and mushrooms. Mix in cornbread then bake for twenty minutes.

Turkey Roulade

Turkey thighs butterflied and stuffed with a mixture (spinach, ground rosemary, garlic, mozzarella, bread crumbs, rosemary, onion, and S&P). Roll, blanket with skin, and tie with butcher’s twine. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Ensure temperature inside has reached 150 degrees. Let rest for fifteen minutes before cutting!
