I’m still cooking a bunch at home, I promise! We’re busily moving our stuff around and moving Tiny Park, you know.
Above is rice cooked in vegetable stock (my new favorite thing to do) and simply pan fried chicken. I can’t even remember what exactly I put in there. A medley of the usual spices I’m sure: rosemary, garlic, and onion. Cooked with olive oil and the fat that came with the chicken (yum!).
Now that I think about it, this might have been a quick dinner I made at 10:30 pm after an unplanned guest departed. Not bad, eh?
