THINGS ARE CRAZY. I apologize for the lacking in this blog. If it makes you feel better, my own blog and my own writing have suffered more.
WordPress wants to flip my pictures, so you get sideways entrees. Careful with that glass!
This is one of our usual rice/broccoli/fish meals. The sauce is the kicker. Balsamic vinegar, Dijon  mustard, white wine vinegar, and flour. YUM! The rice is cooked in vegetable broth with dried spices (parsley, rosemary, and thyme) mixed in. Delish!
Specimen 1. Thao’s plate = lots of onions and glass of wine.
Specimen 2. Brian’s plate = little to no onions and margarita.
