Heavy and homey, but not belt loosening…

Sometimes I just want to eat a really heavy and filling meal.

This is where pasta steps right in. Pasta, shrimp, and broccoli. All those white bits are pure, fantastical garlic.

The sauce? I’m sure there is a French term for it, but it is basically a stock sauce. Vegetable stock thickened with flour, a dash of garlic, parsley, rosemary, and thyme. Heavy. Sort of like gravy, and wonderful like it too.
