Why, yes, I do have some oven-safe bowls.
Puff pastry crust (next time I may do pie crust in the bowl and only do puff pastry on the top at the end to keep it from burning and keep the “wow” effect of the puffed up top.
This was our first time, so we bought some chicken and cheated with a can of (does the fact that it was organic make it better?) chunky veggie soup.
I must say, it was another easy, painless recipe. We thickened the soup with flour to give it that gooey pie-ness you want. Could have used another can of soup as the bowls were pretty big. An hour prep time max – could be reduced with practice.
