This one is real simple. Tilapia cooked in Worcestershire, white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, garlic, butter, and S&P. Cooks LOTS of onion with the fish and let it soak up the liquids.
The salad consists of spinach, Parmesan, and a hard boiled egg. That egg is the key to any fantastic salad. You’ll notice that my serving (bottom) got a significant more amount of onion. That’s just one more reason why I love B.
